Moustapha Omar El-Sheikh has over 27 years experience in Martial Arts training and specialises in ITF Taekwon-do as founded by General Choi Hong Hi. A Martial Art designed for self defence with effective techniques that encompasses the whole art.
Mr El-Sheikh is a member of International Taekwon-do Federation, Australian International Taekwon-do Federation, MA Professionals, Martial Arts Industry Association and the International Martial Arts Alliance.
He continues to train and refine techiniques and theories in the Martial Arts and also continually learns and trains in other disciplines of the arts under renowned Master Instructors to expand his knowledge in his lifelong journey of seeking Martial Arts mastery.

2001 - Captained the Australian team to the 12th ITF World Championships in Italy.

1994 - Captained the Australian team to the 9th ITF World Championships in Kuala Terenguanu, Malayasia

1992 - Captained the Australian team to the 8th ITF World Championships in Pyongyang, North Korea winning a bronze medal in individual sparring 61 - 70kg and making history becoming the first Australian to win a medal at the ITF world Champs
