ITF Taekwon-do General Choi Hong Hi Founder

Moustapha Omar El-Sheikh has over 27 years experience in Martial Arts training and specialises in ITF Taekwon-do as founded by General Choi Hong Hi. A Martial Art designed for self defence with effective techniques that encompasses the whole art.

Mr El-Sheikh is a member of International Taekwon-do Federation, Australian International Taekwon-do Federation, MA Professionals, Martial Arts Industry Association and the International Martial Arts Alliance.

He continues to train and refine techiniques and theories in the Martial Arts and also continually learns and trains in other disciplines of the arts under renowned Master Instructors to expand his knowledge in his lifelong journey of seeking Martial Arts mastery.

2009- Promoted to 6th degree by Grand Master Tran Trieu Quan & Grand Master Pablo Trajtenberg

Official umpire at the 2009 ITF World Championships, Mar Del Plata Argentina

2007- Attended Community Coach Training Program with Australian Sports Commission

Level 1 Coaching certified & accredited by Australian Sports Commission

2006- Attended ITF Instructor Course Gold Coast Australia

2005 - Opened KMA Parramatta, 14th June 2005

2004 - Promoted to 5th degree by Master Bou-Daher

Attended ITF Instructor Course Sydney Australia

2001 - Captained the Australian team to the 12th ITF World Championships in Italy.

2000 - Attended International Instructors Course, Johor Bahru, Malayasia conducted by General Choi Hong Hi. Promoted to 4th degree

1999-2001 Trained under Master Tam Fook Chee at Belmore dojang, Sydney

1996 - Attended International Instructors Course, Brisbane Australia conducted by General Choi Hong Hi. Promoted to 3rd degree by Master Bou-Daher

1994 - Captained the Australian team to the 9th ITF World Championships in Kuala Terenguanu, Malayasia

1993 - Attended International Instructors Course, Sydney Australia conducted by General Choi Hong Hi

1992 - Captained the Australian team to the 8th ITF World Championships in Pyongyang, North Korea winning a bronze medal in individual sparring 61 - 70kg and making history becoming the first Australian to win a medal at the ITF world Champs

1991 - Promoted to 2nd degree by Master Bou-Daher

1988 - Promoted to 1st degree by Master Bou-Daher

1983 - Began Taekwon-do training under Master Michael Bou-Daher
